The technological change in the organisation was important in improving accuracy and efficiency. Although change is inevitable, resistance was not avoidable either. The report first provides the sectors and elements of the environment considered to have had the most influence on the change within Tesco Plc. Second, it provides the advantages and disadvantages of the change.
